Ingredients
- 1 large cooking bag
- 1-2 pounds round steak ½ thick cut into serving size portions
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 cans(14.5 ounce each) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 ribs celery, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced ¼ inch thick
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions:
Add flour, tomatoes, celery seed, tomato paste, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar to cooking bag. Squeeze bag to mix all ingredients. Add vegetables and round steak to cooking bag. Secure top of bag with a tie and place in slow cooker. Cut several small holes in the top of the bag to allow steam to escape. Cover and cook in slow cooker on low for 7-9 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
