Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp Schwartz Cumin Ground
- 350 g (12 oz) pork fillet, cut into long strips
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Schwartz Medium Curry Powder
- ½ tsp Schwartz Chili Powder Mild
- 175 g (6 oz) crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
Preparation:
Blend 2 tsp oil with the soy sauce and 1 tsp Cumin. Add the pork and marinate for 1-2 hours. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the onion, remaining Cumin, Curry and Chili Powder until softened. Add the remaining ingredients with 200 ml (7 fl oz) water. Cook gently for 5 minutes. Thread the pork onto skewers and place on the grill until browned and cooked throughout. Serve with the satay sauce. |
