Gluten free diet is a boon for those, suffering from Celiac Disease. In this disease, the sufferer is unable to absorb the gluten that is found in certain grains, primarily rye, wheat and barley. Some people also tend to go for a gluten free dinner, as the gluten found in food is highly allergenic, which may lead to some health reasons, as reduction of inflammation in the body or checking the cause of the headaches.

Usually the frozen chicken or turkey is prepared with a "broth solution", and this solution often contains wheat.
- Desserts are usually gluten free. But to be on safer side, always check the labels. Some ice creams are gluten free, as well as jellos and puddings. A pie crust can be made with rice, corn or potato flour, using a traditional pie crust recipe.
- Pizza lovers need not forget their pizza. Gluten-free pizza crusts are now premade and readily available in larger supermarkets and health food stores. You can add some cheese, gluten free sauce and any variety of toppings and can enjoy it once again.
