Ingredients:
- 3 c. sugar
- 1c light corn syrup
- ½ c Butter
- ¼ c orange juice concentrate
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 lbs baby carrots or slices -- cooked
Preparation:
In a large pot, combine the first 5 ingredients; bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 5 min. stirring occasionally. Place carrots in a 9 x 13 baking pans; pour mixture over carrots. Bake uncovered in 350 deg. oven for 30 - 40 min. until heated through. |
